Tracy was recommended to me following a diagnosis of cancer. I had concluded that it was time to sort out various issues and deal with some difficult baggage in my life. I was already signed up to counselling but Tracy offered something different and complimentary. I didn’t know what to expect and at the first session, she explained how she works and we touched on the various difficulties I had experienced and then meditated. I was able to see the healing light that she was talking about and felt much better afterwards – more positive and encouraged. The second session I had was transformational.
